Finally SNOW!!!

Oh I love the winter.....and suffering through the 50-60 degree days of mid January was torture! I love the freezing cold, the snow, the ice and sleet...everything about winter. Nothing beats snuggling under layers of blankets, feeling your body slowly warm up, shielded from the cold outside. It's like a cocoon...Anyway, finally the snowstorm I was waiting for finally arrived...and it didn't disappoint. 2 feet of snow. I sat inside my apartment, had a glass of wine and watched the snow fall. Heavenly. Little did I know the next few days would be 60 degrees and all my precious snow would soon be gone before its time. Sigh....
